Q: How do I place an order?

A: Browse through categories, select the item you want, choose size/variation if applicable, and click “Add to Cart.” When ready, proceed to checkout, enter shipping/payment details, and confirm.

 

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: You may request modifications or cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the item may already be in processing, so changes may not be possible.

 

Q: The size doesn’t fit — can I exchange it?

A: Yes. We offer exchanges for eligible items (unused, with tags intact) within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs for the exchange may be borne by the customer, unless the mistake is ours.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI (or local equivalents), and trusted digital wallets at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to select countries. During checkout, enter your address to see if your location is eligible. Note: Customs, duties, or import charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: How long will delivery take?
  • Domestic (within USA): 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • International: 10–21 business days (depending on country and customs)
    Delays may occur due to logistics, customs, or unforeseen events.

Q: How is shipping charged?

A: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier rates. For orders above a certain threshold (e.g. ₹X), you may receive free shipping (if that’s your policy).

Q: Do you offer returns?

A: Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method (excluding any shipping charges).

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after we approve the return.

Q: Are the product images accurate?

A: We make every effort to display accurate photographs. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing differences.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?

A: Yes, for many popular items we may restock. Use the “Notify Me” option on the product page to get notified when it’s back in stock.
